Blackslee Tours now place great importance in obtaining as many email addresses as they can from all new and existing customers so they can continue to keep customers updated of future trips via e-shots. Helen was advised that the company would need to obtain permission from their customers to be included on their mailing list, and offer the option of withdrawing from the list at any time. Logon.ni also advised Helen on how she can modify the layout of her website to include a contact form to capture email addresses from interested customers.
