CK Plumbing is a family run business offering a full plumbing and heating service from design to installation for the domestic and industrial market. Due to the distance from their property to the telephone exchange the company are unable to get traditional ADSL broadband via their telephone line.

Jacqueline was given information on pricing options, set-up fees and installation procedures and equipment required.
Logon.ni suggested that if the company were to get broadband it would allow them to realise the many benefits this technology can bring to their business. A high speed broadband connection would enable the business to engage in low cost marketing such as newsletters, flyers and e-shots which can be downloaded for free from the internet. The Logon.ni adviser also explained that having a broadband connection would allow them to employ e-procurement in the business and access online portals where public sector tenders are advertised.
Following the advice and guidance Jacqueline received from Logon.ni the company opted to get radio broadband installed and the connection is now live.
