Happy New Year to all our clients old and new! We hope you’ve all enjoyed the holidays and are gearing up for a busy 2012. With many people traditionally making New Year’s resolutions, now is the perfect time to start thinking about making some changes to your business for the year ahead. Coming up in January, we are hosting and attending a series of events and workshops.
 
On 10th January logon.ni will attend a Business Information event at Lackaboy Industrial Estate, Enniskillen from 6.30pm - 9.30pm. Local businesses are welcome to visit us at our stand to discuss any ICT requirements and issues with our business adviser and learn about the many benefits of using ICT applications and processes in the business.
 
On 18th January we will be at Cookstown Enterprise Centre from 10.30am -12.30pm where logon.ni advisers will present a Social Media workshop. If you are a business owner in the Cookstown area and wish to learn more about why you should consider using social media in your business please contact Dana McKenna at Cookstown Enterprise Centre (028 8676 3660) to secure your place at this event. At the workshop logon.ni will deliver a short presentation followed by detailed demonstration on how to create a social media page for your business. This is an excellent opportunity to receive free and impartial advice and support on the benefits of using social media in your business.
 
Logon.ni will be attending a Northern Ireland Tourist Board ‘Business ICT Insights Event’ in Omagh Enterprise Centre on 19th January 2012. The series of events, in partnership with NITB, provide businesses in the accommodation and tourism sector with the opportunity to learn how logon.ni can advise and support their business. The workshop will give attendees the chance to discover the variety of ICT tools and techniques that can be applied to their business. There will also be the opportunity to meet with logon.ni advisers on the day and arrange free one to one meetings with a logon.ni adviser at a later date.
 
On 20th January logon.ni will attend an event organised by NITB at the Hilton hotel in Templepatrick. We will be presenting information to representatives of the Province’s Golf Clubs on the services offered by logon.ni and the benefits of using ICT and the internet in a variety of ways to benefit their business.
 
Finally, another event will take place at Cookstown Enterprise Centre on 25th January from 10.30am - 12.30pm. This event will provide businesses with information on Online Selling, discussing the benefits of selling online and providing demonstrations of some of the main selling and auction websites to be found online.
