Logon.ni Assist Launch of Castlereagh Council's Business Blog

Logon.ni has assisted in the launch of Castlereagh Borough Council’s interactive blog called “Grow in Castlereagh”. The launch was held at Forestside Shopping Centre on Wednesday 16th September. The blog allows local businesses to interact with the Council and to share their learning with each other. The blog can be visited at www.growincastlereagh.com.
As well as the blog, the Council has created a series of small-scale growth programmes. The programmes cover topics such as cost effective marketing, tendering for public sector contracts and initiatives aimed at reducing overheads. The business programme has been part financed by the EU New Competitiveness Programme. It will commence in October 2009 and will run until March 2010.
