Paul Hughes Video specialises in wedding videos. Paul has a website to promote his business but wanted to incorporate an online booking facility to his website allowing customers to complete a booking online.

Logon.ni met with Paul and discussed the options open to him, one of which was free software he could download from the Internet allowing Paul to design an online booking form to his requirements. Logon.ni provided information to Paul to help him design the booking form to include all of the information he would need – date and time of the wedding, names, venue etc. Logon.ni also guided Paul in adjusting the settings of the online booking form to automatically e-mail him every time an online booking is made. The e-mail includes a PDF copy of the booking details which Paul then files for his company records.

Paul received advice from Logon.ni on how to add the software code onto his website to enable the online booking facility to function. Paul successfully added the software to his website, and the process was tested to ensure it worked.

The online booking facility allows Paul to run his business more efficiently, saving him time and ensuring he doesn’t miss a vital booking.
